At Applied Behavioral Concepts (ABC), I offer a series of discrete and confidential programs tailored specifically for DUI offences. Here, you (professionals, business owners, public figures, etc.) will not be in the general population classes where you would see and/or be seen by employees, clients, and others that could be damaging to your business and /or reputation. My curriculum is from one of the three State approved programs, The Change Company. I offer services that meet the State requirements below, except for the Level II 4+ category.

Education and treatment programs may be required by both the court and Motor Vehicle Division. The level of education and treatment will depend on the BAC level, prior DUI/DWAI offenses, the history of alcohol or other drug treatment and problems, and other variables.

The Colorado model has two levels of education and four treatment tracks. These tracks apply to people with up to three DUI, DWAI, BUI and FUI offenses. Drivers who fit the treatment requirement must take Level II Education and be assigned to one of the four treatment tracks. There is now a level II 4 + category designed for drivers who have four (4) or more alcohol or other drug driving convictions.

I understand the importance of discretion and confidentiality, and I ensure that all sessions are conducted in a safe, non-judgmental environment. My goal is to help you not only comply with legal requirements but also reduce the likelihood of reoffending, which is in everyone’s best interest.
